Most tactics-board apps give you coloured dots on a green rectangle. A coach looking at that has to translate twice — dot to number, number to player.
TactiTurf skips the translation. The pitch is drawn at true 105 × 68 metre proportions rather than whatever fits the screen, the players are numbered jerseys in the team’s own kit colours with headshots above them, and the roster behind those tokens is your actual squad across 23 positions.
From there it does what a whiteboard can’t: record the movement as keyframes and play it back with ghost trails, chalk each player’s route behind them as you drag, drop in cones and mini goals and agility ladders for a practice plan, then mirror the whole thing from your phone to an iPad or the TV in the clubhouse over a direct peer-to-peer link.
Nothing leaves the device. Boards, plays and teams are plain files on the phone, with optional sync through your own iCloud account — the app collects no data at all.
Code complete and staged for App Store submission.

Features
Everything it does
A real pitch
Full or half field drawn to true 105 × 68 m proportions, with 5v5 through 11v11 and 32 built-in formations plus your own.
Jerseys, not dots
Players are numbered kit tokens in your team's colours, with headshots above them — so a board looks like your squad, not a diagram.
Draw the play
Pass, run and dribble arrows, freehand pen, highlight zones, and a route mode that chalks a player's path behind them as you drag.
Animate it
Record keyframes and let it interpolate. Scrub the timeline, change the speed, leave ghost trails behind the movement.
Your squads
Multiple teams with kit colours, logos and rosters across 23 positions, and bench-to-field drag when the lineup changes.
Live Board
Drive from the iPhone and mirror to an iPad or a TV over AirPlay, peer-to-peer. No server, no account, no signal needed.
