TactiTurf Privacy Policy

TactiTurf does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

That is the whole policy in one line. The rest of this page explains what that means in practice, because App Store reviewers and cautious people both deserve the detail.

What we collect

Nothing. TactiTurf has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, no tracking pixels, and no accounts. The app does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information, because it has nowhere to send it.

Where your data lives

Everything you create in TactiTurf — boards, plays, teams, rosters and app settings — is written to ordinary files inside the app’s own storage area on your device. It stays on that device unless you choose otherwise.

If you enable iCloud sync, those same files sync through your own iCloud account, between your own devices. That transfer is handled entirely by Apple under Apple’s terms. H3LX Labs LLC has no access to your iCloud account and never receives a copy.

No photographs of players

TactiTurf does not let you add photographs of players, and does not request access to your photo library or camera.

This is deliberate. A roster is often a youth team, and the safest way to handle images of children is not to handle them at all. Players are identified on the board by squad number, name and position — which is what a coach actually reads at a glance anyway.

You can give a team a crest, chosen through Apple’s own photo picker. That picker runs outside the app: TactiTurf receives only the single image you pick and is never granted access to your photo library. The crest is stored on your device alongside your boards, and travels with iCloud sync if you turn that on. It is never uploaded to us.

Live Board

Live Board mirrors your board from one device to another over Apple’s MultipeerConnectivity, which uses a direct peer-to-peer connection over local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. There is no server in the middle, and nothing about that session reaches us or any third party. Local network permission is requested for this feature and used for nothing else.

Purchases

TactiTurf Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple tells the app whether the purchase exists; that is all.

Children

TactiTurf collects no data from anyone, including children under 13, and is safe for all ages.

Coaching apps involve minors by their nature, so to be explicit: a roster you build may contain the names and squad numbers of children. That information is typed by you, stored only in the app’s own files on your device, and never transmitted to us or anyone else. No photograph of a child is ever involved — the app has no way to attach one to a player. Treat a roster the way you would a paper team sheet.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes all local TactiTurf data from that device. If you used iCloud sync, remove the app’s data from iCloud through your device’s iCloud storage settings.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, we do not expect substantive changes.
