Destiny Tool grinds carbide cutting tools. Before GrindIQ, the schedule lived in a spreadsheet, the raw blank inventory lived in a different spreadsheet, and the gap between them was absorbed by people walking across the building to ask.
GrindIQ is the system that closed the gap. It follows a job through its whole life — planning, batching and scheduling against real machines, the material room pull, grinding, inspection, packaging, receiving — and it collects each step where the step actually happens, on QR-scanned kiosks bolted to the floor rather than at a desk afterwards.
Underneath, it stays honest with the ERP. A SuiteQL integration pages the full item catalogue out of NetSuite, checks stock per part on demand, and posts inventory adjustments back, so the shop floor and the books do not drift.
The parts that face outward are quieter but matter: special orders get a tokenized link a customer can approve and then track, without an account.
