TactiTurf Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the TactiTurf iOS and iPadOS app, published by H3LX Labs LLC. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use TactiTurf on devices you own or control, consistent with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User Licence Agreement.

TactiTurf Pro

Some features — multiple teams and rosters, and Live Board — require a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple, restorable through your Apple Account, and governed by Apple’s refund policy. We cannot issue refunds ourselves; contact Apple Support.

Features included in Pro may be added to over time. We will not move an existing free feature behind the purchase.

Your content

Boards, plays, teams, rosters and photos you create are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account. We claim no ownership and have no access.

Because your content lives on your device, you are responsible for backing it up. Deleting the app deletes its data. We cannot recover it for you.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to circumvent the app’s purchase checks, and do not redistribute the app or use it unlawfully. Only add photos of people where you have the right to do so — particularly photographs of minors, where you are responsible for obtaining any consent required in your jurisdiction.

No warranty

TactiTurf is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a coaching aid. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the outcome of any session, drill or match planned with it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H3LX Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the app means accepting the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
